We really wanted to try some Tibetan foods using yak meat. I found this recipe for yak dumplings, or Momo, last week and decided this was the thing to try.

Looks like a yummy dish. We wanted to make this, but we didn't have yak meat....so we had bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy instead. :)
I know where you can get some yak meat. :)
