Yak meat is similar in taste to beef, but is a healthy alternative.  What are some of the health benefits?

Yak meat is:
  •  Naturally very lean, low in fat 
  •  High in omega 3 oils 
  •  High in conjugated linolenic acid, CLA, which helps combat cardiovascular diseases by keeping cholesterol in check
  •  Low in palmitic acid (which causes bad cholesterol)
  •  Lower than beef in cholesterol, triglycerides, and calories 
  •  Twice the protein and half the fat of skinless chicken breast.
